It's always a joy to welcome back monthly columnist, registered dietitian, Laura Clark.
Those who follow this blog will remember that I wrote a piece on our proposed move to the outskirts of London or Windsor a few months ago, sharing that the family and I were set to relocate.
I was a multi-award winning screenwriter and director pre blogging and vlogging (winning awards at film festivals internationally, Ch 4 and more) and I'm now writing my first book Mumboss for Piatkus/Little Brown under the Hachette umbrella.

I've been reflecting on the year that's just gone a lot over the Christmas break as it was a time where I totally kicked back, hung out with those I love without deadlines or school runs and it got me thinking about what I'd do differently this year. What I'd like to switch up in 2017.

In this interview I'm speaking to Giles Paley-Phillips, the author of 'THE FEARSOME BEASTIE' (Maverick Arts Publishing) which has now sold over 70,000 copies and won countless awards. This summer will see the release of a CG animated short film of 'The Fearsome Beastie'.

Let me kick off by writing, I'm that girl who literally wants to be friends with everyone.
Welcome to Creative Lives: An Interview With...my new feature that will share the experiences of inspiring men and women leading creative lives. Now Beyoncé could well be an 'earth mother' for all I know and what exactly is that anyway I hear you cry... to me it's a wade of days ahead of me filled with fun times with my kids.
I found a dog-eared copy of the 2005 best selling 'Yes Man' book by laugh out loud funny Danny Wallace the other day...
Stop sweating what other people think of you.
