Here is my Auntie Loulla’s delicious Greek bean soup recipe. Loulla owns the award winning Greek restaurant Kosmos in Manchester and has shared many of her recipes on TV over the years. This soup is regarded as one of the national dishes of Greece and is utterly delicious, bursting with flavour and healthy too.
Auntie Loulla (Loulla Astin) is my mother’s sister and the award winning restaurateur of the famous Kosmos Greek Taverna in Manchester. Her career has seen her cook on TV many times, including presenting her own cookery series on SKY and she was even invited to meet The Queen at Buckingham Palace too. Here she shares her amazing New York Cheesecake recipe. As it's #tastytuesdays please do link up your recipes, I always love to see what you've been rustling up!
