It's nearly the end of February half-term (weep, it's been a gorgeously relaxed one here) so earlier this week, we headed to Cottage Road Cinema in Leeds to watch Alvin & the Chipmunks: The Road Chip. If you're going, take cotton wool for your ears and wine if you can to get through it. The kids loved it to be fair.
I LOVE my blogging life, it's everything and more I could have wished for from a way of life and full time job which sees me share what matters to me.
I want to start by writing how incredibly grateful I am that this blog means wonderful travel opportunities for my family and I which allows us to see and experience parts of the world we've not visited before, both near and far.
PinterestLondon is always a whirlwind for me, and last Wednesday was no exception. Taking my Mum along for a rare night away and quite the party (more of that soon), I had some exciting meetings by day (as always, I'll reveal more when I can)- as we made our way through chic coffee shops in Farringdon to the place I call home in the city, Charlotte Street Hotel, a bustling yet relaxing hub where meetings can turn to dinner easily, and being so close to Soho and the production company I have a TV series in development with, makes it the ideal place for my blogging and TV career to meet.
My husband Peter decided to take the puff pastry in the freezer and make these mouthwatering puff pastry pizza tarts with it! The loved tucking into these as a starter at dinner (as you can see from the little hand below) and they only took 30 minutes to make.
Auntie Loulla is a fabulous chef and owner of the award winning Greek restaurant Kosmos in Manchester. She recently showed my little Oliver how to make pizza and he loved every minute of it.
