It's a pleasure to welcome gym instructor Steven Lea to the blog today to help motivate you to make small changes to your life to help you feel fitter and happier over the coming year. I've felt so inspired by Steven's honest, no nonsense approach to fitness, I literally went for a run and am committed to be my fittest self this coming year.
Be who you want to be. Sounds so simple and actually it can be.
So what are my hopes for 2014?....I've been mulling over this post for a while now and in fact have started implementing a lot of things I want to change in 2014, even within the last few days.
