Emma Bunton needs no introduction but I'll share just a few of her many accolades (in case aliens land and happen to read this)!
I was the owner of two sleep-thieving children up until about a year ago (when they both finally started to sleep through), meaning dark eye bags were par for the course.
Calling all makeup lovers so you can join me in swooning over Charlotte Tilbury's must-have makeup collection.
Calling all my fellow makeup junkies, you do NOT want to miss out on this post as today I'm sharing my designer makeup must-haves! These are the products I treated myself to over Christmas, the indulgent buys that are definitely worth the dollar!

The party season is officially upon us (pass the Prosecco please!), which means a whirlwind of Christmas parties, dinners, social gatherings and family get-togethers for the next four weeks. Yay! It can be a whirlwind though with kids, work and Christma...
Those who follow my blog know that I've always been a champion of natural beauty products. I suffer with sensitive skin that's easily aggravated (as does my eldest son), so we only ever use 100% natural products here.
Earlier this summer I announced that I was joining the likes of Jordan Dunn and Gigi Hadid (I know, crazy huh) to become a part of the uber glam #Maybellinesquad. Squad goals complete right?
Forget Taylor Swift! There's only one squad for me! The #Maybellinesquad (maybe she's born with it)! Yup I'm excited to announce that I've been asked to collaborate with Maybelline's group of global beauty ambassadors to share my top beauty tips and my favourite make up from their latest range.
So Tuesday was a rather exciting day! Thanks to John at Dad Blog UK's recommendation, I was invited to Sky TV to film an edited version of my post on the Imposter Syndrome for 'Morning Stories' a series on Sky News where academics, bloggers and media experts share their opinions on all manner of topics from politics to well-being and beyond.
Mid January (the 13th to be precise) saw me spend an evening with healthy, new yoghurt drink Optiwell, a bunch of bloggers, and my newest collaborator here on the blog (more of that soon) registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist Laura Clark, at the Cowshed in Shoreditch House, London.
So today I bumped into an old boyfriend in the post office, as you do (this never happens). It was really sweet seeing him again, especially as the last time we met up was about 17 whole years ago-and now we're 35 and 36 respectively. Wow.
'Tis the season to be jolly- and to hit the January sales soon enough of course, too fashionistas!
A few weeks ago saw me head down to London for a photo shoot with celebrity photographer Joseph Sinclair. I have some exciting collabs and speaking engagements scheduled over the coming months so was in need of some new shots for PR materials and both of my blogs, so this was the perfect time to shoot.
Over the weekend my husband Peter, and I headed to beautiful Bath for a weekend away without the bambinos-and although we missed the monkey, it was such a fun two days enjoying one another's company and having fun!
It’s incredibly easy to lose track of how much you’re spending when shopping, believe me, I know!
Not a lot happened yesterday, it was a day of work mostly, my Mum watched Xander over at my house and we got some time to hang out too.
What girl doesn't love a pamper, hey?! In today's vlog, I take you off to my local salon for an OPI gel manicure and some eyebrow threading and dying. No pain, no gain right?! Such a lovely pamper day with some much needed 'me time' helping me feel a little more polished and ready to face the world.
