I adore my Big Fat Greek Family-I don't know where I'd be without them- we are one loving, (pretty) loud, food-loving family and hosting a Sunday lunch to celebrate them and treat them to a delicious feast from Iceland was a joy.

We love a posh fish finger sandwich here- tasty, filling, oh so moorish- oozing with that tangy tartare sauce, it really hits the spot. The perfect fare for a lazy weekend brunch and one of these ciabatta hunks with a cup of Rooibos tea and the Sunday Times really makes me happy.
So I'm now three weeks into my vegan diet and what initially started out as a temporary detox has turned into well...a bit of a way of life! Let's see how things go but so far, so good folks!
Simple, bold and bursting with fresh flavours, bruschetta can be made with any thick bread you like including the gluten-free variety (we like Delicious Alchemy mixes) although this was made with a sourdough sun dried tomato & olive bread.
