So I wrote a post a month ago on feeling broody with the fitting title Maybe Baby?
Those who follow this blog will remember that I wrote a piece on our proposed move to the outskirts of London or Windsor a few months ago, sharing that the family and I were set to relocate.
Adulting can be hard. Flipping hard, and no more so than when you have little people to raise, kids completely reliant on you to love them and keep them safe.
My name is Dora, I'm a mum of two boys and when they were little, I really struggled to give them medicine, especially my second baby. My first son was on reflux medication for months and I was always worried about hurting his gums with the hard plastic syringe.
My regular readers will know that I'm always on the look out for natural beauty products that are kind and gentle to mine and my family's skin, and excitingly, Neutral products tick all those boxes. Yay!
Close mates of mine are considering trying for bambinos soon and they've been asking me questions, a lot of questions, so this post is for them, and for you, if you're worried that having babies might take over your brain and warp who you are.
Argh. This morning, Alexander, 4, screamed and cried, when I dropped him off at nursery. So much so, a nursery teacher had to help me get him out of the car as he refused to budge. I'd open one door and he'd run to the other side.
As a female adult, guidelines state I should drink 1.4-1.6 litres of water each day. As a busy mumboss with 2 young kids, and a ton of deadlines to meet, in reality, I drink far less. Or make that, I used to drink far less...
So half term was part 'chill out' time and part 'let's start prepping for our move down south'. We won't move until the summer and whilst I lived in London for 11 years before relocating back when Oliver was 1, it feels like quite a big move as we have two kids now.
Is this week flying by or going super slow for you? I'm experiencing both depending on how well my kids are behaving day to day over this half term holiday.
I know it's Valentine's Day but romantic love isn't what I'm focusing on here (although I madly deeply love my husband *go check my Vestaire Collective wishlist Peter (inserts blowing kisses emojis).

Although I'm always candid about the tougher parts of parenting on the blog (Honest Mum, right), I love to share the more joyful moments too, of which there are many, because childhood should and so often is, pretty magical is it not?...
