Things that help me.
I've come to realise that whilst I'm pretty good, maybe even, GREAT, at caring for others, I can be a little bit rubbish at caring for myself- and practising self-care. Not always, I go through phases of doing yoga daily, eating well most of the time and taking time out from my busy schedule but at other times, I often find myself run ragged and in need of a reminder to slow the heck down and chill. So this is my reminder. For me, as much as for you. I hope it inspires.
I'm not the greatest sleeper, I never have been really and in the words of my mother my, "energy has always been boundless". My kids seemed to have taken after me (which is good and bad).
