We were kindly invited to Center Parcs for a long weekend recently (Fri-Monday evening) and were excited to see what kind of a break it would be, having not been before.
A few weeks ago saw me working out with my Dad, aka Papa G, boxing and lifting weights together.
Meh to Mondays hey, nobody likes them, am I right?..and after a wonderful weekend away to celebrate Mother's Day, this post-weekend slump has hit me harder than usual. Weep.
Close mates of mine are considering trying for bambinos soon and they've been asking me questions, a lot of questions, so this post is for them, and for you, if you're worried that having babies might take over your brain and warp who you are.
So BIG ANNOUNCEMENT klaxon: we're moving back down South in the summer, to Windsor most likely, or close by in the outskirts of London.
Last Thursday was a delicious whirlwind of a day in London-and a 7 hour round trip too, (one of the reasons we're officially moving back down South to the outskirts of London, from Yorkshire later this year) but one that was worthwhile, nonetheless as it was spent having delicious fun with amazeballs people.

Sunday saw this family get wrapped up in our winter gear and head for the stunningly Autumnal Golden Acre Park in Leeds, where we met with my friend and fitness trainer, Caroline, and her three gorgeous boys, Barnaby, Ralph and Henry, for a walk around the lake.
Kids can say the funniest things, and let me tell you, my own son, Xander who is now 4 and 2 months, basically needs his own show. 'Get that kid an agent, darling' as my good friend, the great actress Harriet Thorpe always says.
