Let me start off by writing that I don't even know if I can adequately express just how EPIC in caps last weekend in London, was for me.
Those who follow this blog know I'm committed to advocating a positive body image, so much so, I was bowled over when a photo I shared of myself in a bikini last year which happened to show my stretchmarks went viral, leading to me starting the #proudinmybikini campaign, encouraging others to feel good about themselves.
We're all so busy, parenting is 24/7, even if you're not with your kids for 24/7-it's hard to truly switch off.
So today I popped over to one of my all-time favourite blogs, The Joy Chaser, written by my good pal Michelle, who never fails to inspire and spread joy through her words-and this post of her's HERE stopped me in my tracks and reminded me of the importance of fighting our fears.
