I speak at BritMums Live.
So why write this post (it's not very British is it?) and why now?
I need to kick off this week's Brilliant Blog Posts with a HUMONGOUS thank you to everyone who voted for me in the Brilliance in Blogging Awards.
Welcome to this week's Brilliant Blog Posts - the self-proclaimed most fabulous linky in town ;) !
It's not every day your kids get to play tennis with Former No 1 Annabel Croft but thanks to BritMums that's exactly what happened back on the 5th of March.
A couple of weekends ago I attended the incredible Britmums Live, the biggest parenting conference in the UK. You can read about the conference in full here, but needless to say, it was a stimulating, inspiring weekend full of fun, debate, laughter and a chance to catch up with old friends and make new ones too!
What can I say? I'm pretty impressionable, particularly when it comes to anything health-wise. I want to feel and OK, look, my best and I've never felt this more since having kids because like all parents, we simply want to be strong and well for our kids, as much as ourselves.
Welcome back people, it's #brilliantblogposts time again! Thanks so much for all the amazing posts linked up last week and for making this linky FLY!
Welcome back to #brilliantblogpsots again, last week broke the record with 217 posts linked up. Wow. Thanks so much for your support and sharing the blog love.
BritMums Live was a total and utter whirlwind of a weekend of which I'm not sure I'm even remotely recovered from, but I'll try to articulate my highlights for you here... It was a weekend sponsored by wine (literally) thanks to Lindeman's Wine so forgive me if I've forgotten anything or anyone.

So what are my hopes for 2014?....I've been mulling over this post for a while now and in fact have started implementing a lot of things I want to change in 2014, even within the last few days.
I do love the Christmas classic film marathon each year and we start the race around, well November in this house (there's a lot to get through)...from Home Alone to Elf and Bugsy Malone for the kids to all time favourites It's a Wonderful Life, White Christmas and Scrooge, it's a non stop Christmas flick watching time for us and we LOVE it!
Head on over to BritMums and read my thoughts on the kid's films I watched this summer (when I wasn't sleeping in the cinema)...What?! Don't pretend you don't snooze watching the Smurfs too.
Wow, it's my blog's 2 Year blogiversary (well it was on the 10th but I'm combining it with my 32nd birthday) and I can't quite believe it: two whole years since my very first post and I'm no longer 16 anymore. Shucks.
Sadly this is my last film review guest post for BritMums before baby so I have reviewed all my favourite films from Raging Bull to Bridesmaids. Not to be missed. Just click here. Enjoy!
For those who don't know, I'm a writer & director and vlogs (video blogs) are BIG news. They communicate with your readers just like presenters do on the telly box. So I thought I'd give you my tips to help you get camera ready.
