Christmas Eve platter

Fellow mumboss Rebecca de Jager kindly sent my boys, Oliver and Alexander, this stunning wooden Christmas Eve platter so we can prepare for Santa in style.

Personalised with my children’s names, with a place for the mince pie, milk (or something stronger!) and a carrot for Rudolph, this tray will now form part of our yearly ritual with the children, preparing snacks for Santa on Christmas Eve.

I adore magical festive pieces like this, thoughtful, handcrafted items which last forever that will be passed down onto my own kids’ kids for years to come. We love our festive traditions here from a special Christmas Eve lunch and dinner with family to an indulgent meal on the big day too of course.

These boards get the children excited early on in December and keep the magic going all month long.

The size is 30cm x 20cm x 2cm.

I’m feeling all lovely and festive now (which was helped by the tray and eating the mince pie obvs).

I literally can’t wait for Christmas Eve now!
