Hey amazing bloggers and vloggers, this week I have a special request for Brilliant Blog Posts… Comic Relief invited me to visit the charity Harmony, an inclusive choir in Leeds, and it was an incredibly moving, uplifting evening where I experienced firsthand how vital funds from Comic Relief, are.
Taking my family along, I spent the evening with a wonderful group of people who attend Harmony every week to sing, laugh and forget their problems. Harmony brings people from all ethnic backgrounds together and those who attend include refugees, asylum seekers, single parents, and people with health/disability conditions. The support, comradeship and friendship offered to those who sing in the choir offers light where there is so much darkness.
I’ve donated and I would love you to read my post, watch my vlog and consider supporting Comic Relief too, in any way you can.
This is just one of thousands of projects Comic Relief supports.
You can donate HERE.
I’ve included the vlog below too and I’ve linked the post as the first one in the linky, as always so you can’t miss it.
It’s also been a while since I’ve shared an update on writing my first book Mumboss (mostly because I’ve been so busy writing it!) but here it is, a post on the process so far, ‘3 chapters in, 25,000 words down’. The book’s out a year from now, next March, and my goal is that it not only inspires, but also creates a movement of mumbosses everywhere, mothers ready to launch themselves, and their art out into the world creating a career and life they love HERE.
Please, as always link up your posts and vlogs and share that truly enriching, inspiring blog love amongst yourselves. You guys rock!
I can’t wait to check out your posts ,
Thanks
Vx
